Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Noida. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, performing maintenance and repairs, delivering technical support, providing field services, and ensuring optimal performance of EV charging systems. The role involves engaging with customers to address queries and resolving technical issues related to equipment and software.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Experience in Field Service, including on-site equipment inspection and collaboration with clients
- Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair to ensure optimal functionality of systems and prevent downtime
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with customers and explaining technical solutions in clear, simple terms
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and manuals
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in critical situations
- Relevant certifications or training in electrical or electronic engineering is a plus
- Familiarity with EV charging systems or power electronics is highly desirable
