Your activities
- Install Loadcells(Compression,tension,Bending beam,shear Beam, Load pins, Tension Links etc) as per ApplicationPerform correct loadcell wiring(4-Wire/6 wire) to indicators or Amplifiers
- Configure and commission weighing Indicators/Transmitters
- Carry out system commissioning after installation
- Verify performance using test weights or reference loads
- Ensure readings meet accuracy and repeatability requirements
- Support customer during trial runs and acceptance tests
- Basic understanding of industrial communication protocols such as RS-232,RS485,Modbbus,CAN ,Ethernet(Not mandatory).Ability to assist customer with basic communication checks and trouble shooting
- Diagnose issues related to loadcells,indicator scaling, mounting or mechanical constraints.
- Identify whether a problem is sensor related ,electronics related or machine related
- Provide corrective actions and service support after site visits.
Your profile
- Diploma/BE/BTECH in Electrical, Electronics Instrumentation or mechatronics /Mechanical Engg.
- 1-5 years or relevant Field Service Experience preferred
