Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Service Engineer, based in Vadodara. The Service Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, providing effective field service, conducting and overseeing repairs, and offering technical support to clients. They will also ensure timely maintenance of equipment while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve service excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Experience in Field Service, including on-site support and client interactions
- Strong Communication skills to effectively assist customers and provide detailed reports
- Expertise in Maintenance & Repair of equipment and machinery
- Capability to deliver Technical Support for product functionality and problem-solving
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Mechanics, or a related field is preferred
- Understanding of electric vehicles and related systems is a plus
