Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer based in New Delhi. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing field services, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to transformers, conducting maintenance and repairs, and offering technical support to clients. The role requires effective communication with clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and optimal customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to transformers
- Experience in Field Service operations and on-site support
- Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair of transformers or similar equipment
- Proficiency in providing Technical Support to clients and internal teams
- Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with clients and teammates effectively
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in transformer maintenance or related industries
- Willingness to travel and work on-site when required
