Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Service Engineer will be responsible for field service operations, troubleshooting equipment issues, providing technical support, and conducting maintenance and repair activities. They will also ensure that all service tasks are completed efficiently and adhere to company standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues
• Hands-on experience in Field Service and Maintenance & Repair tasks
• Strong Communication skills for client interactions and documentation
• Experience in providing Technical Support to resolve equipment-related issues
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of machine tools or a related technical field is an advantage
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering disciplines is preferred
