Role Description
We are seeking a Service Engineer for a full-time, on-site role based in Aurangabad. The Service Engineer will be responsible for performing equipment maintenance and repairs, troubleshooting issues, providing technical support, and executing field service tasks. The role includes ensuring optimal performance of equipment and delivering excellent service to customers.
Qualifications
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues effectively.
- Experience in delivering field service and addressing on-site challenges.
- Strong technical support skills to assist clients and resolve equipment-related queries.
- Expertise in conducting maintenance and repair tasks on a variety of equipment and systems.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently, manage on-site operations, and meet deadlines.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
- Previous experience in the power, material handling, or water treatment industry is an advantage.
