Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Service Engineer located in the Greater Chennai Area. The Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems. This role requires field visits to client locations, diagnosing technical issues, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring client satisfaction through prompt and effective service. The Service Engineer will also document service activities and provide feedback to improve product performance and service quality.
Qualifications
- Expertise in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Understanding of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and refrigeration components
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues onsite
- Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and provide detailed feedback to the technical team
- Proficiency in using technical tools and software for service documentation and reporting
- Ability to work independently and adhere to safety and quality standards
- Experience in a similar service engineering role is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is desirable
