Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will be responsible for performing equipment installations, diagnostics, maintenance, repair, and technical support for customers locally and internationally. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, conducting field visits for servicing or repairs, maintaining a high standard of customer support, preparing service reports, and ensuring optimal performance of machinery. The role requires working closely with clients to address their needs and contributing to the continuous improvement of our solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues for repair and maintenance
- Experience in Field Service and on-site support to resolve customer challenges
- Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Technical Support skills to guide customers in operational procedures and software
- Expertise in Maintenance & Repair of laser machinery or related equipment
- Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering
- Ability to travel as required for on-site servicing and installations
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction
