Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will be responsible for addressing customer needs through troubleshooting, performing field services, conducting regular maintenance, and providing technical support. Daily activities include diagnosing and resolving issues, ensuring optimal functionality of systems, and maintaining positive client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues
- Experience in Field Service and on-site technical problem solving
- Strong Communication skills for client interactions and understanding requirements
- Knowledge of Technical Support principles and processes
- Expertise in Maintenance & Repair of machinery and systems
- Ability to work reliably in an on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field is preferred
- Prior experience in working with Vision Inspection Systems or automation is a plus
