Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer based in Jamnagar. The Service Engineer will be responsible for conducting equipment troubleshooting, performing regular maintenance and repair activities, and ensuring that machinery operates effectively. Additional responsibilities include providing technical support, conducting field service visits, and collaborating closely with clients to address and resolve any equipment-related issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and identifying technical issues effectively
- Experience in Field Service operations and adaptability to different on-site environments
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Technical Support expertise to diagnose, resolve, and explain mechanical or technical problems
- Knowledge of Maintenance & Repair procedures for construction and mining equipment
- A degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Previous experience in the construction and mining equipment industry is a valuable asset
