Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in Ahmedabad. The Service Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial utility equipment, air compressors. The role involves conducting field service visits, delivering technical support to clients, and ensuring the efficient and reliable performance of equipment. A focus on timely maintenance and proactive issue resolution is essential to this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and identifying mechanical, electrical, and operational issues
- Experience in performing on-site Field Service and equipment inspections
- Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
- Technical Support and problem-solving skills to address client inquiries and equipment concerns
- Expertise in Maintenance & Repair of industrial utilities and systems
- Customer-centric approach with attention to detail and reliability
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering disciplines
- Previous experience in servicing industrial utility equipment is a plus
- Willingness to travel for service assignments as needed
