Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some remote work. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing field service support, troubleshooting technical issues, executing maintenance and repair tasks, and delivering efficient technical support. The role involves direct interaction with clients to diagnose and resolve issues, ensuring optimal functionality of SINEXCEL systems and maintaining high performance of products and solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical and system-related issues
- Experience in Field Service operations, including diagnostic tasks and on-site support
- Strong Communication skills for effective client interaction and technical documentation
- Expertise in Maintenance & Repair of electrical and electronic systems
- Ability to deliver high-quality Technical Support
- Relevant degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
- Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexible on-site and remote duties
- Experience in the energy or power electronics industry is a plus
