Service EngineerSiemensfull-timeRequired skillsRoot Cause AnalysisAbout the role Siemens Website: siemens.com Job details: Job Title: Embedded Engineer (Service Engineer)Number of Positions: 1Location: Customer SiteRoles & Responsibilities Attend day-to-day service calls at customer locations for MPS units used in End-of-Line (EOL) operations Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot MPS units efficiently Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for failures and implement corrective actions Identify and recommend required spare parts for repairs Execute scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) activities to minimize breakdowns Handle customer interactions and resolve complaints in a fast-paced environment Ensure adherence to service timelines and quality standards Work in a rotational three-shift environment as per business requirements Key Requirements Hands-on experience in repair and maintenance of MPS 7 units is mandatory Prior experience working in automotive manufacturing plants (shift-based environment preferred) Strong customer-handling skills with the ability to manage and resolve issues promptly Experience with SIDIS PRO system for End-of-Line operations Exposure to similar systems (e.g., DSA) will be an added advantage Basic knowledge of SIDIS programming is required Understanding of PLCs and Drives will be an added advantage Qualifications BE in Electronics or Diploma in Electronics 3–4 years of relevant experience in a similar role Strong expertise in card-level repair is essential Click on Apply to know more.
