Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Service Engineer based in Bengaluru. The Service Engineer will oversee troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, coordinating field service operations, and providing support to improve system performance. Key responsibilities include delivering technical support to clients, performing maintenance and repairs, ensuring optimal functionality of equipment, and collaborating with teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues effectively
- Experience in field service and maintenance, particularly handling on-site operations and repairs
- Proficiency in providing technical support and consultation to improve system performance
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, teams, and other stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the chemical or manufacturing industry is an advantage
- Minimum of a diploma or bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is required
