Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer based in Coimbatore. The Service Engineer will be responsible for performing troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on a range of material handling equipment and industrial tools. Key responsibilities also include providing technical support to clients, conducting field service visits, and effectively communicating with customers to ensure quality service and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and solving technical issues
- Experience in performing Field Service tasks and on-site problem resolution
- Strong Communication skills for effective client interactions and reporting
- Expertise in Maintenance & Repair of technical and mechanical equipment
- Knowledge of Technical Support processes and best practices
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Diploma or degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Previous experience in material handling or industrial equipment service is an advantage
