Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot surveillance and security systems. The candidate should have hands-on technical knowledge and the ability to work independently at client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV systems
- Handling and servicing of Intruder Alarm Systems
- Installation and troubleshooting of Fire Alarm Systems
- Maintenance of other ELV surveillance systems
- Diagnosing technical issues and providing timely solutions
- Attending service calls and client complaints
- Preparing service reports and maintaining documentation
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service
Required Qualifications:
- ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Good knowledge of CCTV systems (Analog & IP-based)
- Understanding of Intruder Alarm Systems
- Experience with Fire Alarm Systems
- Basic networking knowledge will be an advantage
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems
- Willingness to travel for field service work
Experience:
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply

- Ability to work under pressure
