Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role located in Thane. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services for metal laser cutting machines, troubleshooting equipment issues, and delivering technical support to clients. The role also involves conducting on-site field service visits and addressing any equipment-related concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Experience in performing Field Service and on-site equipment evaluations
- Ability to deliver effective and clear Communication while working with clients and team members
- Proficiency in providing Technical Support and guiding customers through issues
- Capability in performing Maintenance & Repair tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or a related field, or equivalent technical training
- Experience with laser cutting machines is a plus
