Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vasai for a Service Engineer for Export division. The role involves online troubleshooting technical issues on processing and packaging machinery, conducting field service visits, providing end-user technical support, and performing routine maintenance and repairs. The Service Engineer will actively collaborate with overseas customers to ensure efficient operation of equipment, timely resolution of issues, and adherence to industry standards.
Qualifications
- DME or BE in Mechanical with pharma engineering background/ machinery industry.
- Experience in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with machinery and systems.
- Ability to perform on-site Field Service and maintenance tasks effectively.
- Strong Communication skills to interact with customers and provide comprehensive technical support.
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of processing and packaging equipment.
- High adaptability and willingness to travel for field service assignments.
- A technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the packaging or pharmaceutical machinery industry is an advantage.
