Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will be responsible for performing field service operations, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support to clients, and conducting maintenance and repair tasks. The role involves ensuring the effective functioning and operational readiness of equipment while addressing customer needs and delivering high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and solve technical issues effectively
- Experience in field service operations and maintenance activities
- Proficiency in providing technical support and conducting equipment repairs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction
- Ability to work independently and adapt to onsite requirements
- Technical certifications or engineering qualifications in relevant fields are a plus
- Experience with construction equipment or similar machinery is advantageous
