About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Service Engineer to join our growing team. The role involves installation, commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and customer support for textile machinery and accessories at customer locations.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy field work, problem-solving, and interacting with customers in the textile industry.
Key Responsibilities
~Install and commission textile machinery and accessories.
~Carry out preventive maintenance and service visits.
~Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues.
~Provide technical support and product demonstrations to customers.
~Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
~Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and service planning.
~Build strong customer relationships through timely and professional support.
~Travel to customer locations across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and other regions as required.
Requirements
~Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
~0–3 years of experience in service engineering or industrial machinery (Freshers with a strong technical aptitude are welcome to apply).
~Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
~Willingness to travel extensively.
~Valid driving licence is preferred.
