Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer based in Bengaluru. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing field service and technical support to clients, and performing maintenance and repair tasks for woodworking machinery. The role will involve communicating effectively with clients to ensure smooth operations and identifying opportunities for process optimization.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical equipment issues
- Ability to perform Field Service, including installation, commissioning, and on-site repair
- Proficiency in providing Technical Support and guiding clients on equipment operation
- Hands-on experience with Maintenance & Repair of machinery
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with clients and provide clear solutions
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently under minimal supervision
- Familiarity with woodworking machinery or similar industrial equipment is an advantage
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields
