Role Description
The Service Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, performing maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment, and providing technical support to clients. The role involves regular field service visits to client sites, ensuring optimal equipment performance, and delivering prompt and professional service. The individual will be expected to maintain clear communication with clients and document service activities accurately.
Qualifications
- Strong skills and experience in Troubleshooting, Maintenance & Repair of technical machinery and equipment
- Proficiency in Field Service and Technical Support to ensure operational excellence
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently and provide quick, reliable solutions for customer needs
- Working knowledge of equipment specific to Digital Printing Technology, CO2 Laser, Fiber Laser, and CNC Router is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields) preferred
- Hands-on experience in a field engineer or maintenance position is beneficial
