Role Overview
We are looking for a Service Engineer to manage installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our Cold Press Oil Machines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation: Setting up machines at customer locations
- Troubleshooting & Support: Resolving issues via phone or on-site visits
- Maintenance & Repairs: Ensuring optimal machine performance
- Customer Interaction: Providing technical support and ensuring satisfaction
- Feedback Collaboration: Sharing customer feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- ITI (Industrial Training Institute) in Mechanical / Fitter / related field
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, preferably oil machinery
- Ability to understand technical manuals and diagrams
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Experience in Cold Press Oil Machines is preferred (not mandatory)
