Role Description The Service Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves performing routine maintenance and repair of equipment, responding to service requests, and providing technical support to internal teams and customers. The Service Engineer will diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, carry out field service visits, and ensure timely resolution of problems to minimize downtime. The role also includes documenting service activities, following safety standards, coordinating with other departments, and communicating clearly with stakeholders to maintain high service quality.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Field Service experience and Maintenance & Repair skills for on-site inspections, servicing, and corrective actions.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and vendors in a clear and professional manner.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering or a related field is preferred, along with basic computer literacy for service reporting.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple service tasks, follow safety protocols, and maintain a customer-focused mindset.
