Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer based in the Pune District. The Service Engineer will be responsible for technical support, on-site maintenance and repair of robotic welding systems, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, and providing field service to ensure optimal system performance. The role requires close collaboration with clients to address their technical needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Experience in providing field service and on-site technical support
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Proficiency in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment
- Ability to work independently and manage on-site responsibilities
- Knowledge of robotics or automation technology is a plus
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field
- Willingness to travel to client locations for service assignments
