Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will manage day-to-day maintenance and repair tasks, conduct troubleshooting, provide technical support to clients, and perform field service operations. The individual will ensure the effective functioning of equipment by identifying and resolving technical issues while maintaining high service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and technical problem-solving in MHE
- Prior experience in Field Service operations and Technical Support
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair tasks for equipment and machinery
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently and manage on-site responsibilities
- Understanding of material handling equipment is an added advantage
- Diploma, ITI or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field is preferred
