Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Service Engineer. Responsibilities include performing troubleshooting and maintenance tasks, delivering field service support, and managing installation, diagnostics, and repair of solar inverters. The Service Engineer will also provide technical support to customers and ensure all equipment operates optimally to maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair of solar inverters or similar technologies
- Skilled in Field Service operations, including installation, servicing, and diagnostics
- Strong Communication skills to effectively address customer needs and provide feedback
- Experience in providing Technical Support related to hardware and software issues
- Ability to work independently and in teams in on-site environments
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field
- Knowledge of solar energy systems and inverters is an advantage
- Willingness to travel locally or regionally as needed
