Role Description
· Execute and support installation, supervision, commissioning, maintenance and Training for Bakery projects at site.
· Knowledge of a wide range of Bakery machines which include Mixing, Dough Feeding and Baking systems
· Delivery of top-quality service execution and Identify customer needs.
· Achieve set targets on service deliverables / KPIs / Service revenues.
· Generate new opportunities for Spare parts, upgrades, tooling and services
· To follow the internal expenses and travel policies
· Execute the service of plant retrofits / upgrades.
· Close contact with customer for maintaining good relationship.
· Execute maintenance works, planned service and breakdown service.
· Willing to travel 200-250 days in a year within India or overseas for GEA project execution.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Experience in Field Service and providing on-site support
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and teams
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as required
- Prior experience in industrial equipment or machinery is an advantage
