Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer West Bengal / Bihar . The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing field service support, troubleshooting machinery, performing maintenance and repair tasks, and offering technical assistance. The role also involves working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Field Service and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Maintenance and Repair experience to manage machinery upkeep and equipment functionality.
- Strong Communication and Technical Support abilities to assist clients and ensure seamless interaction.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- A degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role within the food processing, agricultural machinery, or equipment industry is an advantage.
