Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer (Electrical) role based in Surat. The role involves performing field services to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in solar energy systems, conducting routine maintenance and repair tasks, and providing technical support to ensure optimal system performance. The Service Engineer will also be expected to communicate technical information effectively with clients and coordinate with internal teams to address field challenges.
Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve electrical system issues
- Experience in on-site field service and routine system maintenance & repairs
- Ability to provide effective technical support to clients and internal teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions
- High attention to detail and a strong understanding of electrical systems
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is must
