Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer based in NAGPUR.
The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support to clients, conducting maintenance and repair tasks, and handling field service operations.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Troubleshooting and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
- Experience in Field Service and the ability to address on-site challenges
- Strong Communication skills for customer interaction and support
- Knowledge of Technical Support processes and Maintenance & Repair
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Previous experience in biometric systems or access control is a plus
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
