Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Service Engineer. In this role, the Service Engineer will be responsible for performing troubleshooting, providing technical support, conducting regular maintenance and repair, and delivering field service to ensure the optimal functioning of instrumentation equipment. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with team members and effectively communicating with clients to address and resolve technical issues.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues effectively
- Experience in Field Service and proactive site-based service management
- Proficiency in Technical Support and assisting clients with technical inquiries
- Competence in Maintenance & Repair of precision instruments and equipment
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills to engage with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team
- Technical diploma or degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in instrumentation, electrical, or mechanical fields is an advantage
