Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer at Eprompt Enterprise located in Surat. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, communication, technical support, and maintenance & repair tasks related to On-Line UPS Systems and power Quality Devices. Ensuring the prompt and reliable functioning of power systems will be crucial in this role.
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
- Field Service and Maintenance & Repair skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in working with On-Line UPS Systems and power Quality Devices
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Electrical or Electronics Engineering background is a plus
