Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Delhi, India. The Service Engineer will be responsible for daily troubleshooting, providing field service, maintenance, and repair of packaging systems. The role also includes offering technical support to clients and ensuring the optimal functionality of all equipment. Effective communication with clients and team members to resolve issues is crucial.
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair skills
- Experience in Field Service and providing Technical Support
- Good Communication skills and situation handling
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Flexibility to work on-site in Delhi NCR.
- Relevant technical certifications or a degree in Engineering or a related field
- Previous experience in the packaging industry is preferred.
