Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer based in Bengaluru. The Service Engineer will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks, providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and conducting field service operations. The role is critical in ensuring smooth operations and meeting client technical needs through expert assistance and after-sales service.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting hardware or software issues
- Experience in Field Service operations and delivering on-site customer service
- Proven ability in Technical Support and resolving client concerns effectively
- Expertise in Maintenance & Repair, ensuring product reliability and minimizing downtime
- Excellent Communication skills and a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, or a related field is an advantage
- Previous experience in the headset or communication equipment industry is a plus
