Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Satna for a Service Engineer with travel involved within m.p. state. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting construction equipment issues, conducting maintenance and repairs, and performing field service operations. Additional responsibilities include engaging with clients to ensure timely resolution of service requests and maintaining high-quality service standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex technical or mechanical issues
- Hands-on experience with field service operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in technical support, including analyzing and resolving equipment-related problems
- Working knowledge of maintenance and repair processes for machinery or equipment
- Ability to work independently and solve problems under time constraints
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field
- Experience in construction equipment or automotive sectors is an advantage
