Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in Bengaluru. As a Service Engineer, you will perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of elevator systems to ensure smooth operation. You will handle field service assignments, provide technical support, and communicate effectively with clients and team members. The role involves conducting regular system inspections and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience in field service and hands-on technical work, including maintenance and repair of mechanical systems
- Knowledge of technical support procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently in on-site environments
- Educational qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline is preferred
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations is a plus
