Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer, located in Guwahati. The Service Engineer will be responsible for resolving technical issues through troubleshooting and field service interventions. Key responsibilities include providing technical support to clients, performing maintenance and repair, and ensuring smooth functionality of equipment and systems. The role also involves regular interaction and communication with clients to address service needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Troubleshooting and Field Service to identify and resolve equipment and system issues
- Proficiency in providing Technical Support and performing Maintenance & Repair tasks
- Strong Communication skills to interact with clients and address their service-related concerns
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Educational background in engineering or a related technical field
- Experience in handling power solutions or related equipment is an advantage
