Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer based in the Pune Division. The Service Engineer will be responsible for performing advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic tasks to ensure the seamless operation of equipment. Key responsibilities include providing field service and technical support, conducting routine maintenance, and performing repair tasks on specialized cleaning systems. Additionally, the Service Engineer will collaborate with customers and teams to optimize solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently
- Field Service experience and ability to work on-site with clients
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams and understand customer needs
- Competency in Technical Support and providing solutions for equipment performance
- Proficiency in Maintenance and Repair of advanced mechanical or electronic systems
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering disciplines
- Previous experience in the manufacturing or automation industry is an advantage
