Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer, located in the Greater Chennai Area. The Service Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting issues in renewable energy systems, performing maintenance and repairs, and providing technical support to clients. They will also manage field service activities, ensuring all systems operate efficiently and in compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Field Service operations
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair of renewable energy systems or similar equipment
- Strong Communication skills for effective client interaction and issue resolution
- Ability to provide Technical Support and follow standard safety and operational protocols
- Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and systems is an advantage
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field
- Willingness to travel and operate in the field as part of the job
