Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in Sinnar. The Service Engineer will perform tasks such as troubleshooting, providing technical support, conducting maintenance and repair work, and carrying out field service duties. The role involves interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the reliable performance of installed equipment through proactive servicing and timely repairs.
Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Experience in providing field service to clients, ensuring high-quality support and reliability.
- Proficient in technical support and communication to assist and guide clients with operational issues.
- Hands-on experience with maintenance and repair of pharma or scientific equipment.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to work collaboratively or independently.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to dynamic work environments.
