Job Title: Service Engineer – AMC Department (Fire Protection Company)
Department: AMC / Service Department
Experience Required: 2 to 5 Years in Fire Protection / Fire Fighting Systems
Job Summary: We are looking for a Service Engineer for the AMC Department in a Fire Protection Company. The candidate will be responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, servicing, and attending breakdown calls for fire protection systems at client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of fire protection systems
- Troubleshoot issues in fire alarm and firefighting systems
- Attend service complaints and emergency breakdown calls
- Inspect, test, and maintain fire alarm systems, hydrant systems, sprinkler systems, pumps, and extinguishers
- Coordinate with clients for AMC-related activities and service schedules
- Prepare service reports and maintenance checklists
- Ensure timely closure of service calls
- Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities
- Support installation and commissioning activities whenever required
- Follow safety standards and company procedures during site work
Key Skills Required:
- Troubleshooting of fire alarm & firefighting systems
- Knowledge of hydrant, sprinkler, and pump systems
- Preventive & breakdown maintenance
- Site handling and client coordination
- Technical servicing and fault rectification
- Basic electrical troubleshooting
- Report preparation and documentation

Qualification:
