Role Description
Accurex Biomedical is seeking a full-time Service Engineer based on-site in Vijayawada. The Service Engineer will be responsible for performing equipment troubleshooting, conducting routine and preventive maintenance, and addressing technical support needs. The role involves providing field service to clients, repairing and maintaining diagnostic instruments, and ensuring the smooth functioning of equipment. Additionally, fostering clear and professional communication with clients and other stakeholders is a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Experience in field service roles, including on-site equipment installations and servicing
- Effective communication skills for addressing client concerns and explaining technical matters
- Expertise in technical support and providing hands-on solutions
- Solid understanding of maintenance and repair of diagnostic instruments
- Ability to manage schedules and work effectively in a team environment
- Educational background in Engineering, Biomedicine, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the healthcare or diagnostics industry is a plus
- Willingness to work on-site in Vijayawada and travel locally as needed
