Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer, based in Navi Mumbai. The Service Engineer will be responsible for performing troubleshooting, conducting maintenance and repair tasks, providing technical support, and delivering field service. The role requires frequent on-site visits to diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of testing equipment and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Field Service to effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Experience in Technical Support and Maintenance & Repair of testing equipment
- Excellent Communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in an on-site environment
- Proficiency in understanding and using technologically advanced testing machines
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields is preferred
- Prior experience in servicing testing instruments within industries such as Textile, Paper, Paint, Pigments, or Plastics is a plus
