Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer and Sales Engineer based in Chennai. Responsibilities include providing technical support, performing field service operations such as troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of analytical-scientific instruments. The role also involves building relationships with customers, ensuring their technical requirements are met, and supporting the promotion of products to enhance market penetration.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Troubleshooting and Field Service to diagnose and resolve equipment issues effectively.
- Proficiency in providing Technical Support and performing Maintenance & Repair services for scientific instruments.
- Strong Communication skills to interact with customers and team members, ensuring a professional and customer-centric approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and travel as needed for service support and client engagements.
- Experience in the field of analytical or scientific instrumentation is an added advantage.
