Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, conducting regular maintenance and repair of electric scooters, and offering field service support. The role involves providing technical assistance to customers, ensuring product reliability, and resolving any operational challenges encountered by end-users.
Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Experience in field service operations and on-site customer support
- Proficiency in technical support and hands-on maintenance & repair tasks
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge and understanding of electric vehicle systems is beneficial
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field preferred
