Location: Transformer Factory, Kalwa
Travel Requirement: Extensive travel across India and internationally
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 12-14 years of relevant experience
OR
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute with 8-10 years of experience in Power & HVDC Transformers and Reactors
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Execute installation, commissioning, maintenance, and evaluation of Transformer and Reactors
- Manage task priorities, schedules, and subcontractor performance
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and industry standards
- Address customer complaints during warranty period and support spare parts sales
- Provide back-office support for complaint registration and resolution coordination
- Lead installation and commissioning of equipment up to 500 MVA / 765 kV
- Implement and maintain QMS & EHS standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Conduct NCR analysis and ensure timely CAPA implementation
- Participate in factory quality initiatives and project closure activities
- Supervise site and contractor manpower, ensuring adherence to EHS protocols including PTW and LOTO
- Prepare and maintain EHS documentation as per Siemens and project requirements
- Deliver remote and onsite technical support to customers
- Contribute to process improvements and internal tool development
- Strong customer orientation and teamwork skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and self-driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively
