Primary Responsibilities:
- The candidate should have hands on experience of working at customer site.
- Must be able to resolve technical issues at Customer site in the defined target time for doing preventive maintenance, diagnose, repair and overhaul activities, fitment of parts and knowledge about why why analysis.
- Must be able to manage Parts and service business in the assigned area / Customer base
- Keep the Service Manager updated regarding critical issues faced by customer
- Daily / Weekly reporting to Service Manager on the progress of tasks assigned for the assigned area / customer base
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Must have good knowledge of Hydraulics / Pneumatics / electrical
- Providing technical support to the Branch Service Manager
Qualification: Diploma / BE (Mechanical & Electrical)
Experience: 1-3 Years Relatable Experience
Competencies Required:
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have Problem Solving Skills
- Must have good command over written and verbal communication
- Must be willing to Travel
