We’re Hiring: Service Engineer – ELV & Life Safety Systems

Location: Gujarat (Surat & Ahmedabad)

Experience: 2–5 Years

Notice period - 15 days

Role Summary:

We are looking for a technically strong Service Engineer with hands-on experience in ELV and life safety systems including Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, IBMS, and FM200 systems. The role involves installation, commissioning, maintenance, and customer support across diverse project sites.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation & Commissioning

• Install and commission Fire Alarm (Notifier, Morley, Esser, XLS), CCTV, Access Control, IBMS, and FM200 systems

• Perform panel programming, device configuration, and system integration

• Conduct system testing as per IS 2189, NBC norms, and industry standards

2. Service & Maintenance

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance

• Troubleshoot system faults, network issues, and device failures

• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions

3. Customer Coordination

• Work closely with clients, facility teams, and contractors

• Provide on-site training and technical support

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely service delivery

4. Compliance & Reporting

• Follow safety protocols and compliance standards

• Prepare service reports, commissioning documents, and technical records

✅ Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of ELV systems (Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, IBMS, FM200)

• Ability to read wiring and layout drawings

• Basic networking knowledge (IP, switches, NVR)

• Good troubleshooting and communication skills

🎓 Qualification:

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field
