Role overview
As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing our drones, ensuring they operate safely, efficiently, and reliably after every repair and inspection.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect drones for wear and damage; repair or replace faulty components (motors, propellers, batteries, sensors, etc.)
- Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance
- Handle quick repairs in field conditions
- Ensure drones meet safety standards before use
- Conduct flight tests to verify performance after repairs
- Provide technical support to customers or operators as required
- Train users on basic maintenance and safe operation; assist in field operations if required
Skills & competencies
- Strong knowledge of drone flying and operations
- Understanding of electronics, SMD soldering, electrical systems, and drone mechanics
- Proficiency with multimeters, soldering irons, and other required tools
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Comfortable working in field conditions with travel and on-site repairs
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidates from the South region are preferred
- Must be fluent in Hindi
